Hours

The Meat Market is open every day, except Tuesday.

Hours: 11:00am to 7:00pm.

You are welcome to order by telephone or email.

Telephone Orders

There will usually be someone at the Meat Market from 9:00am on. If you would like to order before 11:00am and the phone is picked up, we will make every effort of accommodate your needs and have your order ready by 11:00, or sooner if possible. Orders placed by leaving a voice message cannot be guaranteed until business hours.

Email Orders

We will be checking our email every morning before the start of business and welcome orders placed by email. We are users of Facebook, but do not recommend leaving orders on Facebook as we will not be checking it regularly.

    I have done organic farming for many years in the Berkshires and am now retired (65 and full of energy)and willing to help you out as a volunteer part time?if interested,for some meat,any meat when you have extra and poorer cuts.
    I have done cheese making,husbandry,and organic produce for stores around town.

  7. The Meat Market will be receiving a gift subscription to The Stockman Grassfarmer Magazine. This is a monthly periodical devoted entirely to the production and marketing of grass-fed meats and dairy products. Also, there will be sample copies sent along to put out for your customers.

    You guys are doing a great job. Keep up the efforts, more folks are going to be knocking down the doors when they realize how good the charcuterie and the cuts are.

    Had your Brasaola and jerky the other night. Fantastic. Glad I don’t live closer, I’d be broke and 500 pounds from overeating. Great stuff.
