This is a monthly periodical devoted entirely to the production and marketing of grass-fed meats and dairy products. Also, there will be sample copies sent along to put out for your customers. You guys are doing a great job. Keep up the efforts, more folks are going to be knocking down the doors when they realize how good the charcuterie and the cuts are. Had your Brasaola and jerky the other night. Fantastic. Glad I don't live closer, I'd be broke and 500 pounds from overeating. Great stuff.
