Winter Class offerings

Every winter we run a series of classes designed to help those with the inclination to butcher and process whole hogs in their own home. Led by either owner Jeremy Stanton or our head butcher participants can chose from a selection of classes that cover every part of pig butchery and processing.

Classes include:

  • Knife skills
  • Sausage making
  • Salami making
  • Introduction to Curing and smoking
  • Pig Butchery.
